Merrick turned 2!!!

Last weekend we celebrated Merrick's 2nd Birthday. I can not believe another year has past by... seems like just yesterday we brought him home. He makes me smile every day and I am so grateful to have such a sweet little boy in my life. We had a fun little party for him at our house with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme (his favorite show right now). The kids all played in the kiddy pool and sprinkler set up while the adults filled their bellies with pizza, bread sticks, chips & salsa and lots of other snacks :) We did presents before cupcakes... which was a bad idea. Merrick didn't want anything to do with his cupcake. He just wanted to play with all his new stuff so I had to "force" him to blow his candles out (he lives a tough life ;) All in all I think it was a success though!
