Santa Monica

This past weekend Jared and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary by spending the weekend in Santa Monica. We had a blast! The first day we wandered around the pier, ate some yummy food, walked along the beach and then relaxed by the pool. The weather was perfect all day! That evening we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Ocean and Vine. The food was good, but maybe a little too fancy for us! Ha ha! The next day we went down to 3rd Street Promenade, which was walking distance from the hotel. We were there too early for shopping but it was still fun. Once we checked out of the hotel we drove down to Venice Beach. We rented a tandem bike and rode up and down the beach then stopped for lunch at the Cabo Cantina. It was delicious! Afterwards we hit up Ikea before heading home. The weekend was perfect and we had so much fun!
